Kottu Party @ the Hilton Colombo
To mark their 21st Anniversary the Hilton Colombo hosted a 'Kottu' Party, preparing a whopping 2,100 kilograms of the popular Sri Lankan dish. 7,000 people attended the event, which was a resounding success.
